You wont get in trouble or anything if it gets denied, unless you are insulting staff I would say or anything along those lines.

Also if you blatantly lie about events surrounding your ban. That will get you in trouble.

Having an unban request denied doesn't attribute any negative action per se... however if it is denied because you've 'spammed' them then you'll be warned/banned.

There will not be a punishment if your unbanrequest gets denied as long as you don't lie or fabricate evidence.
Just don't break any of the forum rules and you'll be good.
