hey first of all i know i have to download something but what is it i have to get if

1.the doors and other stuff at the hospital are errors

2. the doors and controls at the prison are errors

3. dirtroad and grass are errors

plz help me what thing do i have to download.

Are they mounted into Garry's Mod? And have you run each game at least once?

There you can mount the games. Unless you downloaded the content as addon. Then the content is automatticly mounted
