Are you allowed to tranquilize someone then mow their body down?

Its a grey area to be honest, if its a government affiliated thing, id assume no they cannot kill you on the ground due to the no killing tazed suspects policy.

Though if say you were shooting at somone in a gunbattle, they tranq you, then decide its to risky to let you live due to backup going to arrive, so they just exicute you, maybe?

Like i said its a grey area, if its the gunbattle situation its really no different than if you got shot to death during the fight, it just took a few seconds longer than if they had just shot you first.

Its deffinately somthing that requires official clarification, as ive seen summary exicutions allowed before.

An excellent question. I'd say that it's an acceptable maneuver if you are able to take the shot, when someone is trying to kill you.
