When i sit in my car and pres "r" honk dosn't work i have tried with ALT but that dosnt work either can someone please help me?

If it says in chat when you press R "Unknown Command HonkHorn" then I have no idea what to do.
I usually just go into options and make sure R is assigned to RELOAD and if its not, do so, and if it is, I remove it and bind it again.
