Summary: There was a giant rebel base that was taking all of the towns cars, and they were armed heavily with AK's. They were unstopable by the police and everyone wanted their cars back. Numb3r had gotten his Taxi taken (as he was currently a Taxi driver) and demanded it back. After nobody answering, he whopped out an AWP and shot someone with it. I have evidence of him looking down the scope, and of him holding the AWP. I request he be banned on the grounds that Taxi Drivers do not carry AWPs and RDM. Thank you.

Evidence: I only have evidence of him holding the gun, nothing about death, so I will show what I have.

Well from what you told us, HIS taxi cab was stolen and none of the cops could do anything about it since they all possibly got killed.

I would understand if the government couldn't do anything then he would have to take action himself since his believes in the government failed him.
So he took out his awp and shoot a rebel. 1 down shit more to go.

I don't know what to say about this nor should we ban him. I don't see it as RDM since if his car got stolen and the cops were even powerless to bring justice. Then he had to bring justice him self.

I was there at the time - the whole situation was messed up - reasonably rulebreaks all round. But as it was part of a big firefight I let it go.

People went to UM to get their cars back - and the rebels defended, then the taxi driver took it into his own hands as the cops failed at saving the day.

Agreed, it was quite a mess. All rebels broke NLR as did the cops, raids were fail and Rebels RDM'ed... however just because admins didnt get anyone doesn't make what he did ok...

ANyways, if the government failed in real life, I dont think that makes it ok for Mr Cab Driver to whop out his AWP.
