This ins't prop block, you can clearly go through the gap in the middle of the entrance, Not to mention that me and him were preparing the things for QuarantineRP.
It also wasn't bothering anyone as no body with a car ever drove near where we were building.

I am not involved, but this is allowed because it's not in the road, and it's allowed to build there EVEN with frozen props.

You may NOT build there without admin permission, it's a road.

This was dealt with in game however.
