I made some dupes in a single player map. How can i save and use them in FearlessRP servers?

That's because they built them on the servers and saved them using the servers advance duplicator.

Unfortunately there is not a way to do that. You can build your dupes on any server and use them using the "advanced duplicator" tool. If you want to no-clip to be able to build your dupes you'll have to wait until the "build server" is back up and running because it is currently down. But it's definitely useful for builders when it IS up.
