Hello. I have just started playing on your Cider-based server and decided to buy some contraband since everyone praised it as a very good money-earner.
I did that and after exactly one minute the server crashed. The same thing happened yesterday leaving me with less than 1000$. I am not asking for a compensation but with a solution to fix the server's instability.

Most of the crashes are caused by the Gmod engine itself, so we can't make that more stable. We can only solve connections problems with the dedi.

Its all about how the server has been in the past, eg, dont spawn contra when it is lagging like shit.
The trick is, ask people "How has the server been"? and go from that. If you play the cards right almost everything will work out.
