Time in GMT: It was earlier this week, not sure of the time. Forgot to note it down, due to revision, I had to hold off on posting Ban Requests.

Summary: Throughout my time as police, he broke many of the traffic laws, therefore I tried a simple traffic stop, although he broke FearRP multiple times. I pointed it out, and advised him to take a look at the rules, but he ignored my comments. I then opened up fraps, and gathered evidence. The video will show everything,
