Alright I cannot connect to your servers after the patch today

You can try to rename your map to plain lowercase, I don't know if it's included in the new update that it uses names or such more precisely.

Download v2d on the Workshop if it doesn't help from the site, also move the RAR file away from that folder, it may cause a problem.

Ok thanks I did both of your suggestions and it worked, although when I connect to the server everthing is like this right now

Am I going to have to download HL 1+2 to make this work?

You're currently glitched out with CS: Source textures, try to get it mounted to fix v2d bugs.

looks like your gmod installed elsewhere
that is why your in garrymod_old
look in steamapps/common

Launch CS:S and let it run the steampipe update.
If you're still having issues, verify game cache.
