The phenomenon that Evo-City has awaited for century's, has finally arrived. The 'Phoenix Shopping Mall' is currently under construction in Evo-City. The purpose of this advertisement is to attract publicity, and offer jobs to the citizens of Evo-City. The Shopping Mall has a mass amount of jobs available, so get your C.V's in as soon as possible! The Shopping Mall has much to offer, seven different shops perfect to benefit your every shopping need, including food, clothes and much more!
Phoenix Shopping Mall - Job Roster
Job: Mall Manager
Current Occupant: Ryan 'Pavi' Tine
Job Description: The Mall Manager is responsible for running the mall to meet it's target's and policies. The aim of his position is to maximise profit and keep the mall in order. The Manager ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards, staff are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent customer care standards are met. They're also required to deal with human resources, marketing, logistics, information technology, customer service and finance.
Job: Floor Manager
Current Occupant: Matthew 'Cow' Johnson
Job Description: The Mall Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring that all employee's of the company are doing their job correctly, making sure none are abusing their work area, or other employee's. The floor manager also assists the manager in promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards, staff are fully versed on the target for the day and excellent customer care standards are met.
Job: Team Leader
Current Occupant: Logon Monoghan, Jason Cutmore.
Job Description: The Team leader is responsible for every employee that we have at the Phoenix Shopping Mall. They must organize them and make sure they're working efficiently and to the best of their ability, they must ensure that employee's are not damaging site property, and in no way must abuse the employee's under any circumstance.
Job: Head of Security
Current Occupant: Dirk 'Generation' Michaels
Job Description: The Head of Security is responsible for the other security employee's. The Head of Security should ensure that his employee's are securing the premise on a regular basis, by patrolling the property, monitoring security camera equipment. They will also deal with 'rowdy' shoppers with the assistance of the Mall security guards, and escort them of premises. They will also ensure the Mall security equipment such as security alarms are operational at night, and lock down the Mall after closing hours.
Job: Security Guard
Current Occupants: Dave Dwight, Erwin Raginis, Samuel Frost, Richard "Ambient" Albright.
Job Description: The Security Guard's job is extremely similar to the Head of Security, except they take orders from him and follow them directly. The Security Guard's are responsible for securing the premise on a regular basis, by patrolling the property, monitoring security camera equipment. They will also deal with 'rowdy' shoppers with the assistance of the Mall security guards, and escort them of premises. They will also ensure the Mall security equipment such as security alarms are operational at night, and lock down the Mall after closing hours.
Job: Head Of Cleaning
Current Occupant: N/A
Job Description: The Head of Cleaning is responsible for the other cleaning employee's, they must ensure that their employee's thoroughly clean the mall from top to bottom, making sure that the mall meets hygienic standards. They will also deal with cleaning public bathrooms, mall shops, floors, windows, and much more, although you'll be informed of other tasks if you're accepted into the position.
Job: Cleaners
Current Occupants: Jessie Santorini.
Job Description: The Cleaner's are extremely similar to the Head of Cleaning, although they take order's from the head of cleaning and most follow them exactly. The cleaners must clean the mall from top to bottom, making sure that the mall meets hygienic standards. They will also deal with cleaning public bathrooms, mall shops, floors, windows, and much more, although you'll be informed of other tasks if you're accepted into the position.
Job: Mall Valet
Current Occupants: N/A
Job Description: The Mall Valet is responsible for the parking and safety of all cars that are parked in the mall car park. The mall valet must make sure each care is safely parked and the keys remain with him. They must not leave the keys unattended at any time.
Job: Mall Store Owner
Current Occupants: N/A
Job Description: The purpose of this job is pretty simple, you rent or purchase a section in the mall, where you can construct your store, and sell what ever it may be, as long as it's appropriate and benefits the mall. You must abide by the mall rules and policies. If you don't, your store will be removed without consideration. The mall has room for five stores, these will be reserved in a short amount of time so make sure to send your application form in as soon as possible.
Job: Construction Worker
Current Occupants: Logon Monoghan, Garry Chip.
Job Description: The construction workers are responsible for the building of the mall. They will follow orders from my self and Matthew, they will follow our exact demands and build to perfection. We require the most exceptional builders in the city and that's all we will except, they must make sure that they build the mall to meet safety standards.

Note:If you apply as a construction worker, you can also apply for another job, as construction worker is just for building.
Phoenix Shopping Mall - Event information!
Date: There isn't a set date for when the event will take place currently, this is due to building, the mall it's self still needs to be constructed and we'll get to this as soon as we have construction workers. The thread will be updated with the correct information when we have a set date.
Time: Similar to the date, we currently do not have a set time, for the event to begin, we will organize this one the mall has being built, and we're ready to start the event. We will ensure we update the thread with the correct information, and we will give at least two days prior to the event.
Requirements: We don't want to exclude anyone from this event, since that's not my style! Therefore, there is only one rule. You must act serious at all times, if you do not follow this rule and 'FailRP' or break any of the other server rules, you will be removed from the event immediately.
Applications: We will each and every application that we receive ensuring that you're the correct person for the event. The maximum expected waiting time for review is 24 hours. We will ensure that all applications are reviewed and accepted or denied within this time period. Please make sure to put a fare amount of effort into your application, this will ensure us that you're the ideal person for the role and you will fit the Role-Play nicely.
