Can't spawn my car some times

it takes a few tries to spawn my BMW which i have bound to a key but its practicaly impossable to spawn any other car from my invo it just gives me this message

You are looking too close. It would spawn inside you.

It's the way in which you stand and look when you spawn the car.

I sometimes have this problem by mistake, to fix it. When you want to spawn your car, try standing at the side of the road. Look into the middle of the road, not straight down at the road, and try spawn the car again. Make sure there is enough space for the car to spawn.
