For some reason when I join one of the RP server whether it be v2p or v2d I have to re download ALL of the content. What is the cause of this and how can I fix it because it is a real pain.

Do you have it mounted?

From the main menu, go to a little controller buttom and press it, check it.

Also, Sync your game from the Libary in steam. (Right click it) press verify game cache.

Try to type cl_downloadall in your console and then join the server, then it save the things it download
