Could not load libary client?

I have got the newest GMod update. The one from like 15 minutes ago and now I have a problem.

It starts to load up
Then it tabs out, saying that resource.dll & client.dll have been blocked. Appartmently, according to BullGuard, they're Trojans..
then I get a pop up saying "ENGINE ERROR - Could not load libary client"

Please help me? It's just this update, I would post pictures but Imgur won't let me access my own files?..

Don't say:
Restart Steam
Uninstall GMod
Get a better computer (I have a Envy)
Do the CMD fix

Just reinstalled, no difference.. Did you get the Trojan thing too?

yup, trojan gmod. I have super anti virus program i got form my dads work and it says that virus removed every time i start gmod
