Summary: Mr Olsen stole my friends car and would not give it back unless he payed him 5 thousand dollars. In the rules under vehicles number 14 says: Don't steal peoples cars randomly or for a bad RP reason (IE:Stealing to sell back to the owner is not allowed) So what he is doing is against RP rules because he is trying to sell it back and wont give it back unless paid for.
Evidence: I do have a video recording me asking for the car back and him saying he wont give back until payed for it. The video is glitchy because of my editing software sorry for that. Evidence Video
