Problem with buying a donator

Hello, i wont write long sentences or something, just my problem: when im entering steam name > continue > donator status > donate, then im logging on the paypal and i see this:

No, it coulnd't paypal isn't able to know. However the client warns you.

You're not the only one with this problem...
From what I read it might be a conflict in sending money from a specific country to another specific country. Try contacting PayPal's support.

Hope someone can help, its really serious problem and i need to buy that. It's happening only when buying donator status.

Please close this topic, i fixed it by myself. What i did? i deleted all cookies from google chrome and BAM: it worked. its really strange but looks like it works again.
