Fixed shooting ragdoll crash
Fixed Pixel Render not working
Fixed missing HL1/EP2 NPC sounds
Fixed long unresponsive startups

These fixes should solve the problems we had after the last update.

Are there any bad side effects currently in the server because of this? I mean all I can notice right now is that the car engine changed back to the old HL2 Jeep sound.
