I guess we need an Owner to look at the fastDL
BTW do you guys know if we are useing shell downloads ??

You don't even need to do anything to CSS to fix this problem. I Don't even have CSS and i fixed it, but i cannot quite remember how. I will try and look it up, and give you a simply way of fixing it!
