Name of player: Xinos and madstone

Server: v2p
Summary: Xinos was propminging, throwing vehicles into the air and propflying. He also died after flipping a car, he got stuck on his prop in mid air and I guess he fell down to his death. After this he came back right away to flip another car. Grayhawk came by and tased him and while doing this Xinos friend madstone came and spawned a random prop and pushing it on Xinos (guess he tried to kill his friend). Grayhawk released Xinos since I told him that he was backseat administrating and Xinos ran away, I followed. He got tased again and during his countdown to conciousness his friend wanted to buy a gun "quickly". Xinos woke up and equipped a pistol and shot me.
So basically he was a propminge, broke NLR and RDM. Madstone was a general propminge (even though I didnt get a good enough evidence on him) and I believe that he was going to shoot me after he bought a gun from the gundealer so I'll try something new with "conspiracy to RDM" or something.

I guess logs confirm the NLR breaking. Look at the time from when he died until he got tased, if that is possible.
