Summary: So i was the president and i got a arrest warrant request for ☭Professional Russian☭, for mugging the SS and something other i cant remember.
So i did. (10 minute arrest) and i went down to the Jails with an SS to talk to him.
By this time he had insulted the SS officer by calling him a " FAT C*NT".
I asked him nicely to calm down because he was breaking rule 11 of OOC / IC rules ="11. Do not swear, argue or insult in OOC. Don’t write caps-locked messages."
And rule 4 of General rules = "4. Do not insult players and admins in out-of-character chats."
So i went down to the jail cells to talk to him. I said to him " I know you are new here and you don't like being in jail so soon, but i suggest you read the rules."
He answered right away saying, " How about No". So he refuses to follow
the server rules?
For some reason the jail door went open and he tried to run. but i was in front of the jail typing, and he could not get out. He was at gunpoint, and refusing to follow orders of the SS and myself to get back in. Therefor he is breaking FearRP.
And in his name and avatar he is also breaking General rule number 17 =17. Do not use extremist symbols such as swastikas or hammers and sickles.
And when he was released he /y F*CKER to me in character.
