These things go for like 250-400k.

That is absolutely overpriced, and in my opinion unacceptable.

This is taking off. But if your planning to lower it, I would pay 350k.

Normally it stopes at 300k max 350k.

It's a free market. He can charge from 1$ to 100,000,000$ if he wants, it's up to the buyers.
