Is anyone else not seeing the loading screen?

I'm unsure whether it's just me, or that I can't see the loading screen when I join the server.
Anyone else got this? Or was it removed?

Haven't seen it in a while, i loved it.
By the way, does anyone know the 2 songs that were played on v2d's loading screen and v33x's loading screen? user title was put to "one of the elders" by default, and holy shit does that sound extreme
