At that moment I was trying out stuff, I diden't interrupt any kind of RP.
Also the First Picture afterwards I made an light tower with it at the lake on V2P.
Pechvarry can approve this.
Before I actualy placed those props I pmed Faustie about making an air traffic tower.
He can approve this also.

It says in the rules;
Walls used to surround a base can’t be higher than around 4 meters/13 feet.
It's okay I was just checking, It's just the it went down into the house, I am aware the lake it above the area.. =P

Ohh yeah I was lowering it becouse it was too big diden't know villa's was underneath it derp.

I wasen't basing, I was lowering the props due it was realy large.
And I can prove this also with witnesses.
I even have 2 dupe's ready with this props 1 for my clan, 1 for lighttower.

SIDENOTE : You can see my pshygun from above at picture 1 that I was still modifying it

The props we're there for like 3 minutes.
