Cannot Connect to Either of the Servers

I was spawning a Prop, the same prop, like a metal bar, and both times it crashes Garry's Mod, then, after that, I can now connect to Either of the servers (This was done once on each server). So I don't know what to do.

Please Help!

I think it crashed his client, not the server xD

Even I understood that, Killjoy Tounge And even if it was the server he was crashing, it seems pretty obvious that he did it twice, just to double check. Possibly because he needed the prop for something.
I've never encountered this. Can't help ya

Sigh, you people are no fun.
Open your garrysmod folder, look for a folder named "Cache" and delete it.
