Outgoing, professional and bubbly. I enjoy a good laugh and having fun, but also know where to draw the line when things get serious.

What makes YOU individual and differ from all of the other candidates?

I personally feel my ability to adjust to various situations makes me differ a substantial amount compared to other candidates, as well as maturity. As said above, I'm all down for having fun but know when any situation gets serious the approach and attitude must change to effectively perform during that time.

I'm willing to lay it all down for this clan, I've not been in one since a good few months ago that was as well structured as Estleback nor had the back bone you guys do. I feel the clan is very fitting to my personality and roleplay style, therefore my performance within the clan would be at optimum level. I can take orders easily and carry out tasks given, especially if they carry a responsibility. I'm not here for a short time to have some fun, I'm ready to join and help build Estleback and provide the most support possible in my given role.

Born in EvoCity to a mother of one, Callum was raised with his younger brother without a father figure all his life. As a young teenager, Callum took the responsibility of being the 'man of the house' which entailed helping around more and helping raise his brother with a more manly figure to look up to. Carrying such a responsibility at a young age helped Callum rapidly develop in all areas, including mentally and physically. At the age of 16 he entered the cadets with an interest to join the armed police, and continued his training until he was 19.

At 19, fresh out of camp he joined the Armed Police training academy, which lasted a further 2 years. Taking us to the end of training, Callum was 21 years of age and fully trained to handle firearms and firearm related situations, being a full time member of the Armed Police force. After 2 years on the force he joined a recruitment push through the Police Force for the CTSFO (Counter Terrorist Specialist Firearms Officer) and fortunately passed due to his experience in the Armed Police.

At 23 years of age he was officially part of the CTSFO team and receiving on-the-job training constantly, as call outs where very rare in Britain so training exercises took up most of our time.

Pushing 3 years on, at 26 years of age life drastically changed. I'm sure many of you heard about the recent Terrorist attack on the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Bridge in London, Callum was actually part of the responding CTSFO team there. Unfortunately, one of the female victims that was mowed down on the bridge by the Terrorist was his mother, and she did unfortunately pass away. The CTSFO team locked the whole of Parliament down, and Callum didn't find out about his mother until after the situation was fully defused.

It was hard hitting for Callum, as was the attack. Attacks were not as common in London, most of them are foiled before they're even able to acquire equipment to attack or finalise the plans, but he really didn't expect to be one of the most effected victims since his mother's life was tragically claimed by the Terrorist.

Callum now wants a change, Estleback is making changes for the better and very interested in moving back to EvoCity where he was born and raised. The values that you stand for are very efficient and I feel I could work with your team efficiently on any tasks given.

**I apologise in advance if this does offend anyone, as the story I have created above involves the recent real life attack that happened in London. This was used for the sole purpose of giving my story some more reliability and back bone, not to disrespect anyone that was involved/effected by it. Thank you.**

Why are you applying for the Estleback Corporation?

Estleback is not just a clan in my eyes but an opportunity. From the amazing builds that stand in the city to make your presence clear to the values the clan follows I feel it really does fit the sort of roleplay I would like to carry out and be involved with. The clan has been established for some time, and this makes me confident that you guys are here to stay and this is something solid I can get involved with and build my tenure here, as clans in the past have either became inactive or just weren't successful to my standard.

What made the Estleback corporation stand out from the others to you?

Again, as said above previous clans have either became inactive or weren't successful as I wanted them to be. Various reasons cross my mind when it comes to that area, but the most important thing is Estleback has a great governance team as well as field operatives who all strive to ensure the clan is performing well and at it's best possible quality.

Which specialization area caught your interest the most and why?

Strategy & Armoury - Most fitted to my roleplay style, which would be aggressive. Although my roleplay style would be classed as more aggressive I can easily adapt to different situations and know that an aggressive approach is not always required in all situations. Being on the field as a direct representative of Estleback really does seem more appropriate for myself and is where I feel I will perform my best.

Do you have any past experience in the position you are applying for?

Yes. All the previous clans I've been involved with did involve strategy and armoury based tasks, missions and areas. From providing a strategic approach to dangerous situations that threatened either the reputation of the organisation or security to actually visiting other organisations or individuals to verbally come to an agreement we were all happy with. A balance of both was very healthy within most of my previous clans.

I will be purchasing donor again this Friday when I get paid, so I will definitely say yes to this.

Have you read and understood the Terms of Membership? If so, explain the paragraph of absence

Yes. The 'Absence' paragraph outlines the fact that without proper authorisation to leave (LoA) by the appropriate governance member, or exceeding your LoA approval (1 month) could end with a termination of your membership at Estleback. This also applies to a general absence or lack of effort to contribute to the clan, which can also end in the same punishment.

Leave can be taken at any time with a LoA which can last a maximum of 1 month. Relating back to contribution, if made aware a week in advance it is possible to attend a different event that may clash with one hosted by Estleback if you wish to do so.

At Estleback Corporation we discuss each applicant into great detail on operative level as well as on governance level. In contrast to various operational companies that accept on mediocre grounds, we aim to recruit only the utmost professional individuals. Greetings,

I feel as though it was long enough since I pleased you with a message from the Governance and so here is my gift to you.

Estleback has been recently undergoing massive changes and have great plans for the future. Many are at beta stage, but some have internally been put in effect already. A part of Estleback before was to serve the citizens on many levels; security, transportation and retailing. Whilst the firstly named has been going very well for the years we have been in EvoCity, we feel as if the last mentioned parts have not. Thus we have taken regards to this and launched new programs for each categories that we felt were not as maintained as it had been before.

Transportation is something we feel is crucial, but specifically public transportation. We have been providing the city with 'monorails' before, but the structure was to a point far too complex and so it was used only but few times. A new project, Monorail Xc3, was launched few months ago with the goal to create a far more efficient and slimmer public transportation, available to any social status classes. With great certainty I can say that this will be one of our best ones ever, as one obviously evolves through the mistakes. The approximate percentage of its completion is close to 85%, so get your tickets before they are sold out!

With retailing being acknowledged by the Governance as a crucial part of Estleback but also the city I tasked Jony 'Hitman' Ive to set this up, as per his resume it was his specialty. With an immense dedication he has setup systems and various protocols along with SFO Blake ‘NightHawkd’ Nightly that the Operatives are currently being educated in. Some have already passed and is ready to sell 'on the ground'. Some small lessons and what not will be following during this period of trial and error til we establish the retail part of Estleback to the glory it deserves.

Before the introduction of this system I wanted to test the etiquette of my operatives and also the specific market we tried to sell our merchandises to. Although we did choose the Weapons market, we had strict protocols to check every customer and their intentions with it. There were many we barred from our shop and we felt as this was a necessity to protect the innocent citizens.  

We got information during this 'test' of sorts, that a possible location of Noah 'Noda' Grayson was nearby - of which I sent operatives to scout for entry points and general impression of the compound. The reports show that there is a high activity in the area and further investigations will be considered.

The day was considered a success and with an addition to the team it could of not gone better. We have had reviewed this very applicant for a substantial amount of time to ensure that he truly was the right choice, and we feel that he would do very well in the Corporation. I am glad to announce that Dean 'Random' Grimes is officially a part of Estleback Corporation! All other applicants are still under review.

This would be all for now and expect announcements and possibly articles popping up here and there during the next past days. I encourage all operatives to read contact the SFO regarding training about the mentioned system as well as the training that will take place this weekend. I have a lot of experience on the server and playing a cop/sru and a criminal. Thus I am able to work with a team very well as well as working on my own. Describe your personality:I Guess I would class myself as a member of the middle class, a self-made man. I am well spoken and often reserved in my thoughts, only speaking out when I feel I must. I am polite and kind always trying to see the best in people but am realistic. I believe that I am easy to talk to and get on well with a lot of people.

Tell us about your history: I was born in the UK and moved to evocity when I was 16 after my parents got divorced. I went to school at St John’s School and studied Maths, Physics and  Geography at a higher level with the hopes of becoming a civil engineer. I ended up being snapped up by the Police force during a shortage and changed my career path. During my 6 years as an officer I still had a love for engineering and decided to go back into the profession. I took on an apprenticeship with many firms learning to build in multiple styles and themes. But I am still open to new ideas and themes that the architects with to employee. I still have a huge passion for engineering and hope that I will be able to participate on many projects to come.

Why are you applying for the Estleback Corporation?: From my experiences with Estelback I believe it to be a cut-throat company that get results. With a ordered and organised system of hierarchy, which is something that I have lacked from previous companies and clans that I have been apart of.

What made the Estleback corporation stand out from the others to you?  The thing that first caught my attention was the buying out of park industries Since then I have been watching what happens to the company, visiting and keeping track of the training and missions that are carried out.

Which specialization area caught your interest the most and why?:The engineering team is the most appealing aspect. I enjoy building and am still currently working on some large projects and dupes. I have noticed that there is a lot of talent in this field and aspire to be apart of it.

I have gain alot of experiance in my previous roles as a cpo as well as sru. I am able to work tactically in a team, respecting the authority of my higher ups which I believe will help me as a field agent.
