Okay, so sometimes i go on V2p and look on chat -
So i thought i might as well tell everyone ( which doesn't know ), you drive towards the cliffs and at the end of the first tunnel you park next to the wall, here-
( I apologize for big picture )

After parking against the wall, you will get the option to color the car, just use the Left or Right arrows to change the color.
As shown-

Note: I recommend to the SoulRipper or the Developers to move this from there to some where else, maybe here ?
