Server Freeze

It happened after i got unban and i went to join the server it brought me to the rules screen like normal and i picked my job and my game always freezes i have no idea why my friend XxGotwafflexX said he has the same problem but his friend says he can play just fine and waffle got ban 2 btw. Please help
