Summary: (What happened?) I saw Maito breaking the speed limits, and initiated a 10-81 (pursuit). I've cut out the one or two minute long chase. Basically, he breaks fearRP. I yell at him to get out of the car over the mic (my Fraps doesn't record my mic sound, but other people can hear me). He continues to drive, even after I fire two warning shots in the air.
