A hacker by the name of Afroman was walking around using some sort of tool on cars to make them float, he did this to multiple cars, when i confronted him, he disconnected.

Explain how when afroman toolgunned my car it immediatly went up.

Theres not enough evidence to say he did it, but i chased the doctor down and it was Afroman, didn't get any footage of him actually doing it with his name in the footage.
