Can't Spawn Some Evocity and DOD:S Props

I have installed the content pack twice, material pack, and DOD: S and HL2: EP2.
My problem is that the props just won't spawn, it doesn't even spawn invisible versions, just doesn't spawn it.

DOD and HL2 EP2 props are disabled and some of the evocity props are blacklisted.
