Hi, I was playing earlier and I got tied up. The guy was scared off but when I got untied I couldn't see anything. Is this a glitch for me only, is there a fix or is it server wide?

Secondly why does it say that I have hit the vehicle limit when I try to spawn chairs. Are they banned and if so why?

About this "black screen" I'm pretty sure it's a bug.

About the chairs, they're blocked atm.
