Why we should unban you:

No tangible proof was provided to me or anyone else regarding the situation nor was I contacted about the situation. Basing the ban off of logs, which is what I assume it is, provides for no way to reason or defend myself other than just an immediate ban without consent.

Prop Killing was not present nor recalled by either me or the players around me at the time. Thus as the evidence sits and without any complaints from either players or admins on at the time, it is presented as an unfair ban with neither talking to the admins on at the time or the players.

There was no clear or valid reason to actually look in the logs to ban me. There was no ban request involving strictly those as well. You did not speak to the admin on at the time, Grub, to verify anything, nor did you speak to me concerning it. The ban being completely random. I can actually have those players come on this thread and verify that if anything it was an accident and unintentional. They were even apologized for after the fact via microphone and Teamspeak. And just a part of building. Lets be honest, why would I kill myself?

There was indeed no evidence leading you to believe that it was a propkill and therefore it can't be assumed as so. You were (1) not a witness (2) had no valid reason to check the logs, meaning no ban request or a player there to report it to you (3) it was completely random without the consent of the parties there. or any discussion.

The assumption that I am lying is just a clear discrimination of my character.

As a side note, I dont believe it is anywhere in the rules that bans can be extended or threatened with as a reason of 'lying'.

I check the logs daily to check for propkills and it seems you were amongst them. They were used for building? What were you trying to make? A fort out of stoves?

The evidence is as clear as possible, you were propkilling them and now you are lying in this unban request.
