How to weld?

I made a border on Garry's Mod and was told that instead of the barriers being frozen they had to be welded.

I tried using the weld but as soon as I unfroze the barriers they fell to the ground. I will show a video of what I mean soon.

Can anyone show me how to do it properly please?

They just have to be unfrozen/rameble/passeble basecaly IRL you wouldent have a baricade that a car going around 50 cannot ram succefully..made by a local law enforcment that is
