Summary: Just a base with no keypad on the outside. Asked him to put a keypad out there about 10 minutes earlier or so and he never did it.

I dont know what do you want ...but this base was under construction... or that keypad mabey was on post box .

You can see with two of the four screenshots posted with the mail box in the pictures, and both sides of it. There is NO keypad there. You have also done this multiple times before, but with BR's on you for the same base but with a doom fort on the inside.
I believe there are one or two more BR's pending on you about this.

Clearly doesn't look like it's under construction. I asked you 10 minutes prior to add a keypad, and it seems like you ignored me according to my screenshots. I gave you a chance to put them on since everyone else has to...
