Voice spam - reminder

I got several complains from players about people that voice spams. Also some admins seems to lack the rule.

A reminder: It's allowed to play music via the microphone, but not to annoy people. If someone askes to stop, you move away from him, or you stop with broadcasting sound. Not everybody wants to hear your music or funny sounds.

You can play songs at your own base, if that base is owned by you, and if everyone in that base agrees with it. You can broadcast music in your car for your passenger, but don't try to annoy people with it. Don't follow them with the car for example.

If this get's abused longer, the music stream function get's deleted. Sounds harsch, but nothing is more annoying than voice spam.

I was testing my mic, to stream music.
And we got the bug that EVERYONE hears it so I disconnect and do it again.
People rage, I reboot Gmod.
I try again.
People tell me to fuck off and shut the fuck up.
I reboot Gmod again try one more time.
They start cussing at me.

Players who weren't supportive to me
DONT have to expect I'll help them first when other players who are nice ask my assistance.
To all the players who were total dicks: Fuck you.

Also, it was Noobias' birthday and we were trying to organize a "party" for him.
Instead of being nice you all go call soul like a bunch of bitches.
No pun intended to you soul but I think you get my point.
