Thread title: Ban request for HaxOrbz for randomly killing president and avoiding police arrest by sitting in chair.

Summary:

For randomly killing president, I was simply driving in my car back to the nexus after dropping off a police friend at the lake (I was president at the time and the server was fairly empty). I drove into a gas station. Suddenly, the SS chief (HaxOrbz) comes up to me with an SMG and starts shooting me saying I was "trying to CARDM" him. I had no idea he was even there, nor was I trying to cardm anyone. From what I know, I didn't even damage him. When I asked him why he killed me, he simply said something along the lines of "F**k off b**ch".

For avoiding police arrest, we had warranted him for arrest for CarDMing as a taxi driver. However, when we tried to arrest him, he spawned a chair and sat down in it. He then allowed his friend to move the chair with prop protection, and his friend threw it through the air. We couldn't arrest him for a LONG time.

Proof: I don't have proof of him killing me when I was prez, but I do have multiple pictures of him escaping in a chair from police.

If you actually READ what I typed, I was randomly shot at by you. I was not attempting ANY trolling whatshowever.

There were plenty of other people who saw what you did, you were obviously trolling everyone on the server.

Besides, that still doesn't explain why you were avoiding police on a flying chair.

I'd like to add that when you were in the game you had not been arresting only killing, others were. And you rdm'd him right when he spawned, and claimed that sitting in a chair when he spawned was a criminal act. Not to mention all of the presidents were demoting him randomly when he became any sort of police force, assuming that his intentions were going to be bad. You demote the person if they're doing something wrong not if you don't like them. And while I was in the game you Rdm'd me (i do not have Proof), as stated before you were only killing rather than putting up a warrant and arresting. And you killed for petty crimes, like as if i were going to enter the nexus *Death*.

I am a witness to Hax's trolling on 33x. Once he was warrented for arrest, he got in a chair, changed the physical propertes, and started flying around the map. By the way, Hax is blatantly lieing about "cdming". Prk did no such thing.

I NEVER RDM'd you. Just to be sure for anyone who's reading this, Digital and Hax were both working together in this (the "Friend" I was mentioning in my original post), as Digital was working with Hax. Also, I might add that Digital was fairly warranted and arrested on multiple occasions, and that just about everything he's saying here was either not done by me, or not done at all. Notice he has no proof, since I never did ANY of the things he's saying I did. Oh, you also state the "Nexus = Death" incident that I had nothing to do with. On that occasion, which is totally different from this one, I was actually ASSISTING you in preventing your death, since I knew that was wrong. I told the person in charge of this that it wasn't allowed and he stopped doing it. You're welcome for that. Again, still no explanation on the whole "escaping police on a flying chair" thing.

Complete LIES! Not everyone was "rdming" and we didn't kill him when he respawned. You and Hax went and raided three presidents, on after another. He was also sitting in a chair to AVOID arrest.

You helped him escape police by moving the chair up in the air when Hax let you past his prop protection. Also, constantly mentioning "instead of being arrested I was killed" doesn't make sense, as we've established already that we had no part in that, and that it has nothing to do with this current issue.
