Summary: Afk president. He had been afk for a while. It all started with sir luca being an afk president when we had heard contra at a corleone base, when we (the police) got to the base the corleones fired at us. We tried to get arrest and search warrants for 25 minutes but the president never answered us.
Then it continued after the president changed. Bigtoe took over and he was afk almost all the time he came back now and then to make laws. Tried to arrest a guy for crowbaring random people but i had to let him go since i held him for 15 minutes waiting for a warrant.
then once again we were on the road as a couple of cops trying to arrest this guy for a very long time until the guy managed to disconnect because the warrant never came.
