Allow your friends to drive your car

Description:
One of the most annoying things that can happen on FL is when you get killed randomly. Especially when you are driving your car, and it's really far away from the spawn of whatever job you are. But if you're with your friend and they didn't die, they can unlock it and drive it back to you instead of having to wait 5 minutes then walk all the way back there to get it. There could be some kind of buddy list, like the sharing props buddy list in utilities.

Why:
It's annoying when you get killed and have to walk all the way back to get your car.
