Can SAs or Soul see deleted posts?

Can any super-admins or SoulRipper see deleted forum posts?
CPT Donk had a ban req on Piarre, so me, Piarre and Toxic posted evidence on his ban req that Piarre wasn't in the wrong, and posted evidence to get CPT Donk and his pals banned, and he removed the entire post...

I'll check that, I installed a backup plugin which can recover deleted posts a while ago. I'll check whether I can find anything.
