I spotted him pushign a cop car very hard. I tazed him we cuffed him and held him under gunpoint. Than he ran off under gunpoint...

Evidence:
On the picture you do'nt see it well but that cop car was on the road and not on the sideway. and the prop he used was there in motion.

This is true.
He then went on to crowbar some unemloyed as GD.
He then spawned a 4x4 prop and put it under a cop,flipped it high into the air so the cop flew and died . Again,as GD.
He mic'd "hahaahahahah".
