Summary: I took a job as a security guard. I asked the Don Corleone if he had any missions which he responded to as no. Everything was peaceful...
3-4 minutes later I get a PM about rushing over to Villas. They have 3 random raiders. Arre + 2 unknow. I drive over in my Lamborghini and park it outside the area. I walk in, wearing my kevlar, and having my Ak47, crowbar and knife holstered. I see 3 men dressed in black, and one of them (Arre) aproaches me and says "Drop it", which I reply vocally "drop what?", he instantly starts spraying at me, with his AK and his friends quickly follow, leaving me for dead before I got a chance to say "Ouch".
I was annoyed about the event that had just occurred. I just got shot down in cold blood, with no way of him knowing that I either had a gun, was working for the corleones, or that I was a security guard.
My Clab-buddy and friend "Shax" drives over and I ask him if he knows where my car is, which he replies to with; We'll drive and look.

We find my car, sitting under a hummer, and suddenly the guy in the hummer starts to fire at me. I get crouching behind a car, and pull out my AWP, I sniper the car 3 times, and finally hit him in the head. I holster the weapon to pull out my Sub-Machine gun, and as I do this I see 2 more men storming out from the area that had just been raided. I kept my gun lowered, pointing at the ground, when Arre again, starts wildly firing at me. I return fire to find me killing him. The last guy gets me and I spawn in the security guard spawn, with Arre spawning few meters away, as an unemployed. I start walking down the tunnel when I get shot in the back of the head. I re-spawn and start walking down the same road, out of the city; I see Arre storming infront of me, and he blockes my way, as he ass-pulls a knife and start slicing me. I move backwards as to avoid his stabs. He must've hit his holster bind, because suddenly he holstered it and started punching. I saw the oppurtunity to pull out a crowbar from my backpack. I hit Arre 2 times, when i see him ass-pull his galil. He fires at me when a police car hits him, and I can't but help to laugh at his bad luck. The police man jumps out and shoot me. God knows why.
I respawn again, to find myself sprayed down by a machine gun.
For the 1000th time I re-spawn again, to find someone standing behind the traff-light.. As you can see in the screenshots, I walk over to the person, unarmed to check if it is infact Arre again. It is. He has loaded bullets and pulls the Galil out of his inventory, fire one shot and has to reload. He does so and shoots me down again. His friend comes driving in Arre's BMW to pick him up, and for the last time; I spawn and get hit by Arre's BMW.

first of all Arre told you to dropp your weapon wich you had showing but not aiming it at anyone. We both aimed our weapons at you and then you started to shoot so you broke FearRP. You started to shoot at Arre so i put you down. Max 2 minutes after that you comeback again shooting at us this time you kill Arre after that i kill you. Then you run after Arre and crowbar him to death so if anyone should get a ban or a warning here then it's you and don't try to lie because no one belives you.

I would find it amusing if they believed you. As you can see. one Spawn kill is 100 tesitified by scrn shots.
Other than that, I hear the logs are back up! Hurray! Let's see them showing you shooting me b4 I did shit shall we ?

Afterwards maybe we can raise the warning level of this guy, for coming with irrelevant rude comment, and lying ? =)

Ghost walker was involved so he can post in here. As for the evidence did you get a video at all? These screens dont really show much for all we know you could have threatened him over mic or something. I would like to hear arres side of the story as well, I have played with him many times.... He may be aggressive but ive never seen him just randomly kill.

It's true, he mostly does Agressive RP.
Anyways; As you can clearly see in the screenshots, from my death by the police officer, to arre being behind the pole, there is no chance for me to do anything that would justify him pulling out his galil and shooting me

As I said; More detailed evidence can be provided. I will upload over 20 additional pictures, that will show the movements more exact to be able to atleast get 1440minute ban, for random spawn killing.

In my personal opinion he deserved, atleast one week. He has over 600 hours, even more the reason to take this very serious.
He is trusted by, forexample Beflok; This is an additional reason why I believe 24 hour is not enough.

These crimes, would in my personal opinion deserve 10880 minutes, atleast.

I can only PROVE 100% surely, one of the RDM's/Spawnkills.
I've had enough of being doubted and will download the trial version of fraps.

Slightly off topic, but still important.

Me and few clan buddies + few duty members were fighting off cops yesterday, when Vegas and Arre showed up, blatently shooting at us, and killed 4 people as unemployed.
This shows basically... Just a lust of extremely agressive RP.
I asked Vegas why he did, and he said that "RainMan!" kill him in his previous life and he wanted revenge; while Arre responded with shooting "At" me, but stopped when he noticed Vegas Reacition.

You might have been a witness to ONE incident, that is under 10% of this ban request. It was a blatent kill, but not an RDM seeing I was infact working for the Corleones.
I would suggest you to stay out of this ban request.

Witnesses can be brought in to testify on this ban request.
That is to the first incident, of Arre killing me (As a security guard for corleones) and of the RDM when holding the cops off...

Arre does a LOT of agressive RP, but also does not know when to stop.
If he happends to get killed, he does what few people do wrong, he takes revenge. In this case... it was not only once; But over 3 times.

This is a case to be taken serious.

Hmm, doesn't matter anyway, seeing as there are no logs for that day or really any of the 10 days prior to that.. Can't wait until we get that new logs system.

So unfortunately we do not have any logs evidence of what has been said, unless you are able to provide further evidence, Dr. Oak. The screenshots do pretty definitely show two counts of RDM, however, as for as I can see.

I appreciate any reminder sent to Arre, for his crimes; My goal is not to get anyone banned for a very long time, if they learn. Let's see.
