So, as the server is down I went on singleplayer for the first time...wow. I loaded up the V2d map and started to play, and found these:

The admin room is blocked off, the " Base" you ar talking about is actually a lab, that we used for VaultRP.

you cant just go into the labs though as its blocked off usually and is only used in RP events

You can get onto them on the build server too when that is put back up. We joked about making an adv dupe there then using it on main server to freak the admins out.
I Wouldn't do that though. :-)
