Don't you just hate it when someone being arrested and the officer doesn't put cuffs on the suspect?

I mean.. They're there for a reason right? xD. I just see this alot, and the officer of the law is like "Taze...Taze...Taze, Man I wish I had something to stop this suspect from moving quickly away from me." It just seems funny to me when it happens and thought if you have any experience with fail coppers.

This is what I do:
1. Taze
2. Cuff
3. Shoot them in the foot and taze them again if they try to get away
4. Mute them screaming
5. Arrest Cheese
