Gundealer Bugged?

After the server's props just deleted and then crashed. Then was bugged and Soul Fixed it. I went to a gundealer to buy some guns. M4A1 and AWP and he said he couldnt get them cause he couldnt manufacture them. So I went as GunDealer and tried my self, I got "This item cannot be manufactured by you!"

So Im guessing that the GunDealer class is either bugged or broken.

Can someone check up on this.

I tried to get soul but he left after he fixed the server XD
