Title of Bug: Car Exit Spawns

Description: 
When exiting a lot of vehicles, they spawn you on the roof instead of by the door.

This occured in my police dodge charger and SRU van. If exiting a vehicle in an area with a low ceiling, you'll get stuck OR exit the map.

I've witnessed this occurring with other users also.

Well, this is a situation that never happened to me, instead of just running out of your car immediatly, like IRL see before exiting the door and you'll be safe. I think being stuck is more annoying than some short NLR.

Personally, I love being wedged into the floor as I get out the Aston Martin but I could see why others find it upsetting to be perpetually trapped until a rogue chair is launched into one's head

real gamers know that if you get into seat 2 before getting out it fixes this problem
