Have you tried logging into discord on a browser instead of using the desktop application?

Did you try to clear like, to clear browser data so that when you open discord it doesn't auto login in your account?
Then you can create another one

You've refreshed Discord too often and Cloudflare has limited you from accessing their site, I don't see how this relates to a DDoS.
I'd suggest scanning for viruses, or factory resetting your PC.
