Title of Bug: Reviving from the dead

Description: 
When someone is performing CPR onto a ragdolled body, and the ragdolled body dies however the CPR brings them back from the dead. The person brought back from the dead has access to the F1 menu but cannot use the hot bar (e.g: Hands/Keys, Physgun, Tool Gun etc.) Also it still says you have NLR when brought back from the dead

I had that problem aswell, an Admin had to respawn me...

I have experienced this too.


But I have also found another thing with this bug. I died because I crashed my car into a rock and then when I died I tabbed out and start to watch a youtube video for around 2-5minutes. And after the video, I opened the Gmod and when I "Agree" the NLR thing and pressed space, I just got revived from nowhere without keys or anything.

Edit: And I had 0% Health when I got revived from nowhere.
