Summary of the incident
Breaksi was playing as an officer, I saw him running a couple people down, which I did not manage to record and assumed to be accidental.
After that, he started to ram random cars with his police cruiser, so I started recording.
During the recording, Breaksi can be seen ramming random cars and near the end, he aims for me at full speed. After that, he kills an unarmed rebel right at main street and simply drives off.
