I am aware the marketplace IG has been disabled due to exploitation, but I would like to know where my item has gone. I had a 458 Spider up for sale there and it isn't in my inventory. Will I get this back when the marketplace is back or have I just lost my $350k car?

No you have not lost your car. When the exploit has been patched the market will be back. Once the market is back your items will be back in the market.
