Reduce price of Paracetmol

Title: Reduce price of Paracetmol

Suggestion: Currently Paracetmol is $3000. What does it do? Reduce blurry vision when on low HP. Something which is useless due to the fact that it can be fixed by health kits for example. 

I think the price therefore should be reduced, to something a lot cheaper. I am talking $500? Maybe even cheaper. Either way a significent reduce which however is needed.

It's not really worth 3000$, a lower price would be fitting. Also, does it even function anymore? Before low health lead to that really blurry and odd looking effect, while now it just makes the screen gray.

I think it also removes the stamina changes when you're on low health. Still probably not worth $3K though.
